Girish and the Chronicles (also known as GATC) released their full length second studio album ‘Rock the Highway ‘ on april 27 2020 through Lion Pride Music. Including two music videos and one CD bonus track, ‘Rock the Highway ‘ is an anthology with its discourse varying from heartbreaks and anguish, to war crisis.
With the sound of the ’80s ,’ Rock the Highway‘ is an experimental progressive heavy metal album written out of various pieces, from personal experiences to perspectives ; from ballads to adrenaline rush tunes .
GATC debut studio album record was released on August 2014 via Universal Music. In Girish’s own words, To rock the stage and create music – that’s what the band was all about back then. From there to gaining fans all around the world including the United States and India and a soar in Twitter and Spotify followers, GATC has come a long way.
With Girish Pradhan on Vocals and Rhythm guitar, Suraz Sun on Lead guitar , Yogesh pradhan on Bass guitar, Nagen Mongrati on Drums and Krishh Dutta on Session keyboards, this album evinces the musical mastery of the band.
